Now this is navaratri season, Meetha toh banat hey
30 mins to cook

Ingredients:

2 cups of all purpose flour

1/4th cup of gram flour/besan

1/4th cup of ghee

1/2tsp of baking soda

1tsp of baking powder

Water as needed

Oil for deep frying



Step:

😊 In a mixing bowl add all ingeredients and mix it well .now add water to make a dough and rest for 30 mints

😊Now take small portions of dough and roll them and cut with the knife into cylindrical shape press with the finger by adding dry flour

😊Now turn on the gas/induction, here i have used @ciarraappliances induction, heat a pan and add oil for defrying and once the oil is hot add the prepared balls and defry it

😊once its turns change the color , take it out and add remaining.we need to fry 2 times so that it will cook properly inside and outside

For sugar syrup

In a pan 2 cups of sugar, add 11/2 cup of water and stir it will until it becomes one string consistency and add 1tsp of cardmom powder and few saffron stands and mix it well when the sugar syrup is hot drop the kaja in sugar syrup and press it with the spatula and leave for 5 mints the juice will absorb all kajas and serve hot/cold.Its juicy inside and crispy outside enjoy
