Sesame Peanut Butter Ladoo
Like sesame ladoo, Even if you crumble under pressure, things get eventually workout🥜
Ingredients:
2 cups of roasted sesame seeds
1/4thcup of khoya/mawa
1/4th cup of peanut butter
1/2cup of jaggery
2tsp of peanuts
1tsp of cardamom
1tsp of clarified butter
Steps:
😊The first turn on the gas/induction stove, I have used @ciarraappliances, and heat a pan and dry roast sesame and peanuts until the raw smell goes.
😊Now let it cool and make a fine powder. Take a bowl and add the sesame powder and peanut powder and 1/4th cup of peanut butter add the khoya/mawa (which is already roasted in the pan) and add melted jaggery(melt jaggery by adding 1tsp of ghee), cardamom and ghee and combine well.
😊Now mix it well and make it small balls and decorate it with cashew.
