Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast - cut into in cubes
1 Egg White
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 cloves Garlic thinly sliced or minced
1 cup Celery medium diced
1 cup Carrots medium diced
1/4 cup Bamboo sliced
Optional: Mushroom or other Veggies of choice
1/4 Tsp Salt - to taste
1 cup Chicken broth
1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
Stir fry sauce
1 Tbsp Sambal Chili
1 Tbsp Hoisin
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
Mix well, set aside
Cornstarch slurry
3 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
Stir well, set aside
Mix Chicken with Egg White and Soy Sauce
Marinate for at least 15 minutes
In a large pan on high heat
Add a couple tablespoon of Vegetable oil
Then add in the marinated Chicken
Stir for 3-4 minutes
Add Garlic
Vegetables
Stir
Add Stir Fry Sauce
Salt
Chicken Broth, stir
Cover with lid for 2 mins
Remove lid
Stir the Cornstarch slurry well then pour in
Stir
