Simple Salt & Pepper Shrimp (or Calamari) for Snacking

The breading for this recipe is super light, you can also use cornstarch instead of tapioca starch.

Ingredients:
Shrimp (washed & deveined)
1 egg white
2 tablespoons tapioca or cornstarch
Fry until golden in vegetable oil, removing
Stir fry: 1 T vegetable oil, chopped garlic, and shallots (one chopped Thai 🌶️ if you like spiciness!!)
Add shrimp, toss
Sprinkle spices:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grounded white pepper
1/2 tsp grounded black pepper
Pinch Accent
Toss & Serve
Toppings sliced scallions or cilantro whichever you have
