Ingredients:
2 tbsp roughly chopped garlic
120-gram ground pork
1 lb green beans - cut ends then cut to 3-inch pieces & rinse well
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp neutral oil
Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
Mix listed ingredients together, set aside
Add a couple of tbsp of neutral oil to a pan on med-high heat
Add garlic, and stir until fragrant
Add ground pork
Stir for a minute
Add 1 Tbsp of the mixed sauce
Stir for another minute, remove & set aside
In the same pan, add green beans along with the water
Once it comes to a simmer, turn the heat to med, cover with a lid, and let the steam cook the green beans for about 5 minutes
Remove the lid, should still have some liquid remaining in the pan
Add the pork and the sauce (stir sauce before adding in)
Stir for another 2 minutes, and turn off the heat
Enjoy with Jasmine rice!
