20g chicken shreds

4 cuttlefish

6 shrimps

6 clams

1 squid

2 German sausages

100 ml tomato sauce

10g black pepper

3g salt

2g sugar

100g mozzarella cheese

 

Production Methods

Step 1: Mix tomato sauce, sugar, salt and black pepper evenly and set aside;

Step 2: Wash the cuttlefish and shrimp, wash the squid and cut it into rings, and soak the clams in salt water for 2 hours to spit out the sand;

Step 3: Apply the mixed sauce on the crust, put the seafood, chicken shreds, and German sausages in random order and place them between the seafood, and spread the mozzarella cheese on the surface (cover the seafood and ingredients)

Step 4: Preheat the steam oven to 230°C for 10 minutes, then put the pizza in, select the [Bake] function, 230°C, and the time is about 15 minutes.
