Ciarra Beyond Sauce Pan Midnight Dream

I recently purchased the Ciarra Beyond non-stick saucepan and Dutch oven, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their performance. The saucepan stands out for its excellent non-stick surface—whether I'm frying eggs or sautéing vegetables, nothing sticks to the bottom, and sauces cook evenly without any risk of burning. Cleaning it is a breeze; a quick rinse with warm water, and it’s spotless.

The non-stick Dutch oven is equally remarkable, especially for slow cooking and braising. It heats evenly and, thanks to the non-stick coating, food doesn’t stick to the bottom, even after hours of cooking. The Dutch oven also retains heat exceptionally well, keeping my dishes warm long after they’re off the stove.

I ordered for my mom who is an amazing cook. This set is high-end, they are nonstick pots and pans, dishwasher-friendly, and light and the blue colour is just beautiful. These are super good quality including the handles and lids. She’s made homemade soup in the Dutch oven homemade sauce in the saucepan and amazing beef and vegetables in the frying pan, all coming out perfectly. She says that these work exceptionally well compared to lower-end pans.

Over the years, we've amassed a hodgepodge of pots and pans, ranging from high-quality ones to less impressive ones. It's time to replace these relics! Enter the Ciarra set, which immediately caught our eye. The vibrant orange colour adds a lively touch, and the variety of sizes in the set suits our day-to-day cooking needs perfectly. We're particularly impressed by the non-toxic anti-stick coating, a significant improvement over our previous pans, which were either Teflon-coated or stainless steel. The overall thickness and weight of the pots and pans are comparable to our other premium-quality cookware. The non-stick surface performed admirably during our cooking trials; we made a large omelette with minimal sticking. Despite using a gas stove, the heat distribution seemed uniform, with no areas experiencing excessive heat. Notably, the frying pan's handle remained cool throughout our cooking test. Clean-up was straightforward, akin to other non-stick pans we've used in the past. Light handwash was all that we needed. The Ciarra set has become a welcome addition to our kitchen arsenal.

If you are like me, you see the price tag on these and you're like "There's no way it is worth this price". Well, let me tell you, this is worth every cent. Clean-up just became so much easier as these pans are fantastic. I am blown away by their quality. Seriously, I have had everything from stainless steel to cast iron and I have never had pots I have been more happy with than I am with these. For starters, this set has everything you could need, especially if you have a small family. They are heavy but not as heavy as cast iron or stainless steel, so they are still easy to manage if you have to carry them around anywhere. Nothing sticks to these. We have put this to the test as we cook with these constantly, but there are no issues at all. With a wet sponge, you can get anything off the surface without a struggle. They are so durable and their presentation when they come is also epic. There is no downside to these pots other than the fact that they may be out of your price range. If you can swing the bill, I highly recommend these. I cannot speak highly enough about their quality, this is the best set of dinnerware I have ever received.

This cookware set is so well made and is comfortable and pleasant to use. The heat distribution is amazing and the ceramic interiors are incredibly stick-resistant allowing for cooking without the use of unnecessary fats or oils. I made steel-cut oats in a small pot and loved how all of the oatmeal was easily poured out. The last photo in this review shows the pan after I poured the oatmeal out. Oatmeal sticks to everything, but did not stick to the interior of this pan. I love the colour and feel of these pots and pans and can enthusiastically recommend them. They are well worth the extra money because they are built to last and perform better than expected! These pans helped me enjoy cooking again.
