Ingredients
Sweet Potato Fries
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Greek Yogurt Dip
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the #CIARRA Air Fryer Oven to 425-degrees. Wash and dry your sweet potatoes.
- Cut a thin slice off of the long side of the sweet potatoes so that they can lay flat on it. Slice the sweet potatoes into thin “toast” shapes. If the slices are long, cut them in half so the fries aren’t too big. From there, cut the sweet potatoes into fry shapes. The thinner the slices, the crispier the fries.
- Add the sweet potato fries to a large bowl and toss with the olive oil, cinnamon, and salt. Pour them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making sure they are spread out (you may need to use 2 baking sheets).
- Bake the fries for 20 minutes. Take them out to flip and toss them around, then bake for another 20 minutes.
- While the fries are baking, prepare the dip. Combine the greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir.
- Once the fries are done baking, take them out of the oven and let them cool before storing, or serve right away. Enjoy!
