Steps:
1. I fried several strips of bacon
2. Then I added 1 cup of string beans
3. I added some garlic powder
4. Then I added 1.5 cups of sliced shiitake mushrooms
5. Let everything cook for a couple minutes
6. Then I add in 2 cups of egg noodles. Starchy noodles will be able to soak up all the bacon grease and sauces.
7. I seasoned with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce; 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of mirin.
8. As always, I love to add green onions and sesame seeds as toppings.
Adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can add chilis!
