280g high-gluten flour

4g instant yeast powder

1.5 eggs

20g unsalted butter

15g sugar

4g salt

170ml milk

2g black sesame


Production Methods


Step 1: Put all ingredients except black sesame and eggs into a large bowl and mix them into dough. After forming a round shape, put it into a large bowl and cover it with a wet cloth to ferment for 50 minutes.

Step 2: Cut the dough into 10 equal parts, roll each small dough into a teardrop shape, cover it with a cloth and relax for 10 minutes, and finally make it into a teardrop shape of about 25 cm, and slowly roll it forward from the wide part.

Step 3: Cover the rolled dough with a wet cloth and ferment for 40 minutes. At the same time, preheat the steam oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.

Step 4: Apply egg liquid on the surface of the bread roll, sprinkle with black sesame, select the [Bake] function, 200°C, and the time is about 23 minutes.
