Garlic Herb Crusted Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

- Rack of lamb

- Olive oil

- Garlic powder

- Onion powder

- Smoked paprika

- Cayenne powder

- Garlic salt

- Black pepper

- Garlic

- Rosemary

- Thyme

- Parsley

- Butter



Instructions:

1. Drizzle & rub olive oil all over the rack of lamb (front & back side).

2. Season the entire lamb with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne powder, garlic salt, and black pepper. Or whatever seasoning you’d like!

3. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

4. In a bowl, add melted butter, finely minced garlic, finely chopped rosemary, finely chopped thyme, and finely chopped parsley. Give it a good mix.

5. Pour garlic herb butter over the rack of lamb.

6. Air fry at 400° for 5-7 minutes for a nice crust.

7. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
