Main ingredients

One chicken

1 white onion

4 cherry tomatoes

50g green cauliflower

4 corn shoots


Supplementary ingredients

2 slices of shiitake mushrooms

1 lemon

10g red pepper powder

3 garlic cloves

30g sea salt

50g black peppercorns

50ml olive oil

30ml white wine

 

Production Methods


Step 1: Use a toothpick (or toothpick) to poke a lot of small holes on the surface of the chicken to facilitate seasoning;

Step 2: Apply the seasoning and rosemary evenly on the inside and outside of the chicken, wrap it in plastic wrap and marinate it in the refrigerator for 1 day (if time is tight, it is recommended to marinate it for at least 1 hour);

Step 3: Spread the vegetables on the baking tray, put the chicken on the vegetables, select the [Vapor Bake] function, 190℃, time about 30 minutes, and turn it over as needed during the baking process.
