Vietnamese Shaking Beef
No need to marinate the Beef. Give it a good sear on the hot pan then add in the sauce
Sauce mix:
Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce - 3 Tbsp
Sugar - 2 Tsp
Fish Sauce - 2 Tsp
Mix ingredients above, set aside
Beef of choice - About 10 oz cut into 1/2 - 1 inch cube
Garlic - 5 cloves minced
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Lettuce of choice or Spring Mix
Tomato - sliced
Sweet Onions - sliced
Steps:
First, prep serving plate with Lettuce or Spring Mix, Tomatoes and Sweet Onions then set aside
Heat up pan on med high heat
Add 1 Tbsp Butter then Beef, stir
Let Beef sear for about 1-2 minutes before stirring
Add in the mixed Black Pepper Sauce
Add 1 Tbsp of Butter
Stir, let cook for 2-3 minutes
Remove from heat
Add to serving plate with Lettuce, Tomatoes and Onions
Dipping sauce mix:
Soy Sauce or Maggi Seasoning Sauce
Spicy Chili Oil
Enjoy!
