Ingredients


Main ingredients

2 pounds of fresh squid


Supplementary ingredients

 

1 scallion

1 pepper

4 garlic cloves

Half a cucumber

50 ml soy sauce

60 ml tomato sauce

10 ml white vinegar

20 grams of sugar

10 ml sesame oil

 

Production Methods


Step 1: Wash the squid, cut it into squid rings horizontally, and place it evenly in the baking tray;

Step 2: Select the [Quick Steam] function, 200C, time about 10 minutes;

Step 3: Cut the cucumber into round slices and place it under the plate. Pour the roasted squid blood and soup into the plate;

Step 4: Cut the scallion and pepper into sections, mash them together with the garlic, add soy sauce, tomato sauce, white vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil, stir well, and pour it evenly on the squid.
