4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed (chilled for best taste)
½ lime or lemon (peeled) – optional, for a zesty kick
4–6 fresh mint leaves – optional, for freshness

Instructions:
Prep the fruit: Cut watermelon into cubes and remove seeds if any. Chill in the fridge for a few hours if you want a cooler juice.
Juice it: Add watermelon cubes to your cold press juicer. If using, add the lime/lemon and mint leaves for a refreshing twist.
Taste test: Try the juice. If you prefer it sweeter, stir in a little honey or agave.
Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with a mint sprig or a small watermelon wedge.
