This set will please a family of 4 or 5 people, but for a couple, the dimensions of the pans are not suitable. The ceramic coating is very good for meat, as it doesn't stick, although my Chinese ravioli tended to stick a little. To sear the meat, however, you need to turn up the heat (induction in our case) quite high.
Let's start off by saying that the soft pink color is immaculate. It just screams expensive and rich! Amen to that! These work with all stovetops, including induction. That's why this entire cooking set makes it a practical choice for all kitchen types - which is hard to come by these days because of our gas vs electric variation. The lids lock in moisture and flavor but also allows flow of steam because there's a small airway on each lid. It's heavy duty because it's ceramic so washing it manually is more difficult than other types but I'm glad these are dishwasher safe. Whether I'm sautéing vegetables, simmering sauces, or making soup, these pots and pans deliver consistent results every time.
