You can choose between recirculation or extraction mode. Remember to simply turn the adjuster on the motor housing to choose between these two modes. Recirculation Mode: Recirculating with CACF006-OW (not included), you must install the carbon filter for recirculating. The smells and odors can be filtered and vented through front vented holes and the exhaust pipe is not required. Extraction Mode: You can freely choose between horizontal ventilation or vertical ventilation based on your kitchen decoration style. The range hood using the rear venting hole can be installed directly on the wall. The range hood also has a top venting hole with the 4.7 inches round damper, you can install the exhaust pipe and the odors will be extracted through the top ventilation hole.
